Desmond Ellis Sr.-Served in the U.S. Army for 8 years, my duty stations were Colorado, Germany, Texas, and the PA. National guard. I started in real estate when I purchased my first investment property in 2007 a duplex, with the intent to live in one unit and rent out the other unit to get some rental income.
In 2018 I discovered the real estate investment strategy of wholesale real estate and I was successful using this real estate strategy, I sold a total of 17 properties from 2019 to 2024. In 2020 the City of Philadelphia implemented a new law that a wholesale certificate is required to do wholesale real estate in the City of Philadelphia so I decided to get a real estate salesperson license because I took the 2 real estate classes required to take the PA sales person test. Now I'm a licensed agent with LPT Realty that specializes in Investment real estate.
